Louisville Slugger Museum -
a museum and factory tour attraction located in Louisville, Kentucky's "Museum Row" that tells the story behind the bat and the family company that sells it.
The Highlands -
The neighborhood that Jordan has lived in for the past 1.5 years. This street is full of restaurants and bars and so much to do. Our favorites include: The Eagle, Steel City Pops, Yang Kee Noodle, Grale Haus, Holy Grale & Quills.
Graeter's Ice Cream -
This is a Fields Family favorite. There are locations all around Louisville. Melissa's favorite is the Peanut Butter Chip and Jordan's is the Black Raspberry Chip.
Frankfort Ave -
The street that Melissa has lived off of for the last year. Similar to the Highlands, but a bit more quiet, this street offers many of our favorites restaurants and bars including: Heine Bros Coffee, El Mundo, Comfy Cow, The Hub, Porcini, F.A.B.D, Joella's, Bluegrass Burgers, Please & Thank You, and Ramiro's.
Big Four Bridge -
A free walking bridge that crosses from Louisville, KY to Jeffersonville, IN. They light up the bridge at night and there is always music playing. You can rent bikes to ride across, or simply walk over and enjoy the parks on each side.
Kentucky Derby Museum at Churchill Downs -
The quintessential Louisville activity involves going to the Derby, but since that is in May visiting the museum is the next best thing. Enjoy a tour of the grounds as well as an in-depth history of the "most exciting two minutes in sports."
